Refund Policy

How refunds work

Returns and exchanges run on a 30-day window from delivery. Once we receive your return and approve it, your refund goes back to the original payment method. Your bank may take some time to process and post it — that part is on their schedule, not ours.

What can't be refunded

Worn or used products can't be refunded. Items that come back outside the stated conditions may be rejected or refunded only in part.

Holiday orders

Orders placed over the holiday stretch — from Thanksgiving weekend through December 31 — can be returned or refunded through January 15 of the following year, as long as the item is in its original packaging with tags attached.
