Drakon Sports Apparel runs this website. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean Drakon Sports Apparel across the whole site. We grant you access to it. Everyone who visits — browsers, buyers, vendors, merchants, and content creators — is bound by these terms, and using any part of the site means you accept them.

1. Returns eligibility

Items must be new, unused, or unworn, and returned within 30 days after the delivery date.

• The item must be in its original, unused condition.
• Tags must stay intact and attached.
• Do not wash, alter, or wear the item.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Items that don't meet these conditions may be rejected or refunded only in part. Full details are on the Returns & Exchanges page.

2. Use of the services

Eligibility

You confirm you're the age of majority in your state or province, or that you have a parent or guardian's consent for a minor in your care to use the service.

Permitted use

We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable, cancellable license to use the services for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Prohibited conduct

• Using the services for unauthorized or illegal purposes.
• Breaking any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction, including copyright law.
• Sending viruses, worms, or other destructive code.
• Interfering with these terms or the service.
• Collecting or using personally identifiable data from others without proper consent.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation.

3. Products and pricing

All products and services are subject to availability. Descriptions, images, and pricing may contain errors, and prices can change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any product or service, and limit quantities, at any time without notice.

4. Intellectual property

The service and its original content — graphics, text, logos, software, images, and trademarks — belong to Drakon Sports Apparel and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not replicate, duplicate, sell, copy, resell, or exploit any part of the service, or use our trademarks and logos, without written permission.

5. Comments, feedback, and submissions

Anything you send us we may copy, edit, publish, translate, distribute, and use. We're not obligated to hold comments in confidence, pay for them, or respond to them.

6. Personal information

Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

7. Errors, inaccuracies, and omissions

The site may contain typos, inaccuracies, or omissions. We may correct them, update information, or cancel an order without notice.

8. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may suspend or discontinue it for indefinite periods, or terminate it, without prior notice.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Drakon Sports Apparel and its affiliates against any demands, claims, expenses, or liabilities.

10. Termination

Liabilities incurred before termination remain in effect. These terms stay active unless we revoke them. You can end this agreement by notifying us or by no longer using the service.

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may revise, modify, or replace these terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use means you accept the changes.

SMS/MMS mobile message marketing program terms

Program overview

Drakon Sports Apparel provides a mobile messaging service (the “Program”), governed by these terms and our Privacy Policy. The Program requires individual arbitration to resolve disputes.

Consent and enrollment

You opt in willingly through online enrollment forms or website signup, and agree to receive recurring MMS or SMS marketing messages at the mobile number you register.

Opting out

Reply with UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, STOP, or QUIT. You'll get a final confirmation of removal. These keywords are the only accepted way to opt out.

What we send

Informational and promotional messages: product releases, limited-time offers, exclusive deals, discounts, abandoned-cart reminders, special events, order notifications, and other marketing.

Support

Text HELP from your registered number, or reach us by email. Email is not a valid way to opt out.

Age restriction

If you're under thirteen (13), you may not use the Platform. If you're between thirteen (13) and eighteen (18), you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Florida law

The Program complies with the Florida Telemarketing Act and the Florida Do Not Call Act for Florida residents. We treat you as a Florida resident if your shipping address is in Florida or your phone number uses a Florida area code. For Florida residents, mobile messages sent in direct response to your requests — keywords, opt-in, HELP, STOP, or shipping notifications — are not considered a “telephonic sales call” or “commercial telephone solicitation” under Florida Statutes Section 501.
