100-Day Guarantee

What the 100-Day Guarantee covers

Every Drakon product is protected under our 100-Day Guarantee, covering defects in materials and workmanship for 100 days from the date you receive it. That means flaws in how the gear was made — seams that let go when they shouldn't, hardware that fails, or a piece that arrives not built the way it was meant to be. If your gear develops a qualifying defect in that window, we'll typically replace the affected item at no cost to you.

Our gear isn't made to last forever — nothing built for the grind is. Cared for and stored the right way, it'll outlast what else is out there. The guarantee is here for the rare build defect, not the miles you put on it.

What it does not cover

This is a defects guarantee, not damage insurance or a wear-out replacement program. It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, fading, or cosmetic marks from use.
• Damage from misuse, accidents, improper care, neglect, or alterations.
• Exposure to chemicals, excessive sweat or water, adhesive or grip sprays, heat, or extreme conditions.
• Repairs or alterations made by anyone other than Drakon Sports.
• Gear that has simply been used as intended — a glove broken in over a season is doing its job. That's use, not a defect.
• Limited-edition, clearance, or final-sale items.

The 100-Day Guarantee is a one-time replacement per item and is limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. It is the sole remedy offered; to the fullest extent allowed by law, Drakon Sports is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. We ask our customers to be fair with us, and we promise to be fair with you.

Starting a claim

Think you've got a genuine defect? File it through our claim form — you'll add your order number or proof of purchase, clear photos of the defect, and a shot of the item's overall condition. Returns and exchanges

Changed your mind or need a different size? That's not a warranty claim — it runs through our Returns & Exchanges policy instead, with a 30-day window for unworn gear.
