Youth Batting Glove Size Chart & Fit Guide

A loose glove costs you a hit. The right size locks your grip in so the bat moves with your hands, not against them. Here's how to measure once and order right.

Grab a soft tape measure. Measure around your dominant hand at the widest point across the knuckles (skip the thumb) for palm circumference in inches. Then measure hand length from the tip of your middle finger down to your wrist. Use those two numbers, not just age, to land your size.

Batting Glove Sizing FAQ

What size batting gloves for a 10 year old?

Most 10 year olds land in a Youth L (the 10–12 range), but hand size varies. Measure the palm circumference and hand length and go by the numbers — a snug fit beats guessing by age alone.

How should youth batting gloves fit?

Snug, like a second skin. No loose material bunching at the fingertips or palm. When you're between sizes, size up for a little more room rather than choking the hand.

Leather vs. synthetic batting gloves?

Leather grips harder and breaks in to the shape of your hand. Drakon batting gloves use genuine leather on the palm so the grip holds up swing after swing, not just for the first week.
